gray claystone. Crop weathers yellow & white. Upper foot of siltstone heavily stained with Fe concentrated in thin layers. Locally hard siltstone lenses occur in in this upper ft. Are massive, vertical fault. 8,3 Claystone, silty, gray mottled + stained red, yellow & brown. Has Fe specs. Loc. silty zones and few lenses near base siltstone. Selenite common assoc silty beds. Some conc. Fe in blobs. 8,0+ covered interval to top massive ss w of road. Part c Top of ledge w of road between exposure of contact above & exposure of massive lzkate down hill. 6,0+ Interbedded VZV. gray with red silty clsto and fine-gr. sandstone. In basal part ss in beds to 1,0+. Upper 2.5
