Fall River - Lakota contact
4,3 Claystone, silty, minor claysilt at top. Lightgray. Fe specs on fresh surface, weather bright orange- yellow. Massive, becomes less silty downward.
1,0 Claystone, gray mottled red, some yellow stain.
1,7 Claystone, as above but gray with yellow stain, Fe specs throughout, which are dirty gray to yellow. Becoming silty downward + graded to unit below
5,8 Siltstone, massive, clayey at top, with Fe specs through out, light gray to white, with yellow stain. Lower rift here
2,8 Siltstone, friable gray-white, local clayey lenses and few inch+ beds harder siltst.
2,0 Siltstone as above with interbeds of fine gr silt ss which are stained yellow. These ss beds increase in number & thickness downward till in lower 1/0 the switch.
