Transcription
lenses of black silty shale, Siltstone + seems sily liqueur. Unit highly lenticular. May be ?gross regularity with lower massive ss about 6', than 8-10 ft of liquidic channels + lenses than upper ss, but cant tell for sure. 1.0 to 4.0 Chertified sandstone liqueur, gray, very hard, some layers shot with tubules. 17.0+ (a) Shale, liquidic, with interbeds of lignite and brownish-white weathering siltstone with plant frags (b) Sandstone, massive, fine to coarse-grud and conglomeratic, X-bedded, weather graywhite with red stain. Channel 45' The ss is in irreg. channel-like bodies which locally - as at crest of anticline - occupy this entire interval. Elsewhere it is all carb shales + silts from chert down to unit below. Lzt 17' below cht in ly shtsilt. 44
