parting. Upper siltstn, 3.6, grades to unit above; shale 1.4, lower siltstn 1.0. 2 ~ ? 2.0 - ? Claystone, finely silty, gray mottled with red Hyztville #1 - Offset A, Measuring up from thin ss in mid-Cloverly to base of preceding section. Spot checks through crust - not trenched. 5.0 ± Sandstone, massive x-lens, mod-grained with numerous colored grains, becomes clacey (interstitial) in upper part. 4.0 ± Sandstone, clacey, white, grading upward to sandy claystone, yellow + red Fe concentrations - concretion-like. Both these units lens laterally northward to thin platy white zone about 1.0± thick within 100 feet. 16.0 ± beneath this thin lateral extension is dark weath. ss which caps next rise to E + 15 top unit of Offset B. Between two the brick to dark red beds of siltstn. with 10' of very fine ss in lower 3'. 41
