Locality W-2. Hard levelling from top of Fell River to base of bentonite unit in preceding section at Loc. W-1, 9'6 of which lower 5', at least is ok gray to black shale. Shale here rests on interbedd, thinly to interturb. SS + sandy sh. Up slope bone bed horizon is prominent, small + large cones, with chert + fish remains and, locally, bones of reptile (see sample#1) in sec. p. 25) Locality is about 1 1/4 miles N. of W-1 along same road. Loc1 bedlands in Skull Creek visible across gulch in top Fell River on W. side road. Devils Tower - 1 SE Qvzd., cent, W 1/4 SW 1/4, sec. 6, T56N, R.64 W, and due west into R Sec. 1, R65W,
