(#3) 10.6 Locally more shaly in middle part. On cliff face this interval commonly weathers with crude vertical columnar structure. Sandstone, fine-to medium-gr. in thin beds, some massive some obviously x-laminated. Silty zones and many frizble worm-worked zones result in shaly wash. Has 3 or 4 massive beds about 1' thick and beds in basal 1.5 to 2.0 Fe impregnated. Bedding surfaces full of "worm markings", ripples, Upper 1.1 finely lam loc. worths white, is in platy slope at top locally. Top surface worm tracked by bri crust. 1.0 Siltstone, grey, clayey with carb flecs, locally silty sh. 2.2 Interbedded clayey siltstone +silty clay, grey and lavender to pink, and sandstone. Letter in thin beds, 0.3 one, two, finer at base. SS is lenticular, x lam. Also some worms This interval completed top p.22 by mistake 20
