Plastic mass under crust no good fresh stuff seen locally has yellow gyp cones, weathering out. Forms bench below lumpy slope of next unit. 10.6 Claystone, dark gray to gray underlies, lumpy crust on slope. Upper part (? ft) shaly. Scattered chkb. flecs 5.0 Claystone, tough, hard dk g, gray at base becoming light gray upward. Separated from interval below by change from hard, clsty to soft shale. Lower 3'ft dk-gray, upper light gray
