Thruout this interval polished chert pebbles weathering out. From 1/2" up to 6" long chert, scehewed. Tend to occur in numbers locally than sparse. Seen in place in both claystone and sandstone. From here up handpicking on weathered crust 16.0 Claystone gray to dark gray some carb fuzys but hard, Some Fe spots on crust. 7,0 Crossly slumped claystone probably bentonitic?, gray. Some Fe stone float, some polished pebbles. 7,0+ Silty clstn, hard + some siltstone. On top Carbonaceous claystone cap Part 3. Starting in red beds base of pinnacle, at bottom of draw. 15,0-? Siltstone, loc. clayey, variegated pinkish and green, Irreg seems porcellenite-like material about 8' from top.
