0.7 Shale, gray silty. 112 Sandstone, fine gr, in thin beds with shaly plugs. Frisble. 0.3 Shale, black fissile 6.3 Sandstone, fine gr, irreg, thin bedded, cross laminated, locally some massive beds. Weather buff. soft zone, locally hardened by Fe about 3' from top. Some shaly silt plugs Forms shelving ledge. Notice in thickness laterally. 4.0 Sandstone, continuous down from above but more thin bedded & becoming shaly. Grades to interbedded & inter lam. Shale + silty 1:5 to 2.0 from top, and this into silty clt gray shale in lower foot. 63
