Claystone, hzrd lignitic immediately under coal then grades down thru black to dk gray. 0.4 Sedstone, fine qr, forzble gray. 1.1 Shale, dk gray, blocky, finely silty 2.6 Sedstone, fine qr, some silt, soft massive, weather gray 1.0 Shale as above becoming lignitic at base.
