The weight must go to Washington. Both Mrs. Hantke that I could not call to see her. Sep 23-99 Saturday Arrived in Kansas City at 7.20 A.M. After breakfast seemed my ways to Chicago over the C & O R.R. then called on Mr. X and Mrs. Butts. Left for Chicago at 6 P.M. On the train met Prof. Hershland and talked over our late trip until Centreville was reached at 11 P.M.
