Castleton, Nt., Sep. 29-1932. Friday, At 7.45 we are off for Dart Ruffland. Here we looked for fossils in the abandoned marble quarries to the north of those in operation. Beneath the marble horizon are dark-grey cl. and it is in these beds that we bear again the footprints shown one last year by Keith. Saw nothing else but three Raphistoma. Have a nice specimen with some of them in. Then looked at the main marble quarries a little further east in Dart Ruffland. At 11 A.M. we headed south and at 6 P.M. put up at the Kerry Hotel for the night. This is at Pittsfield Man. Passed through Willimantown at 4.30 P.M.
