Oct. 23-27/90 We went down into Covington looking for Information Center (maps!) - no I.C. - We were referred to Welcome Center out near Florence so took I-75 & stopped at Florence Mall to wh. we had been referred. No luck. Referred to Rest Area about 3 miles S. of Florence Mall. Finally we located an Information Center & maps. Got Conf on I-75 to I-74 then I-74 to I265 to I-65 to Elizabethtown. Torrential blinding rain & hail at exit to Elizabethtown! Motel b just to right of exit
