Top of Cummingville Fm; Fairplay Mbr - saw-tooth weathering. The Mortimer Mbr Cummingville as shown in graphic section in Sloan et al 1987 has more of a "saw tooth" outcrop than indicated. Note ~14" cycles throughout type Cummingville - Becker Mbr has 4 (or 5?) "cycles" that have almost no silt breaks, rest has allston. To get to Cummingville go S on US 52 from Rochester, MN toward Chaffee and turns on County Rd 7. and travel ~3.9 miles to road cut. See Sloan (1987), p.
