No geologist would ever have located this area from the surface indications. What can the structure is that gathered the oil, is all subsurface geology. For McCoy's ideas about oil accumulation see his jokes in the Bull. A.A.P.S. of last year. His ideas are now somewhat modified, but he does not believe in any oil migration at all other than the time of crude transportation. Hamilton told me he had here gotten entire echinids but one saw no evidence of that. This are plots or springs.
