Tesnus (continued). Fossils occur in Tesnus west from Dugout Creek to Permo-Carb. 2. These fossils are equivalent Pennsylvanian and cannot be of the 101-105. Stanley. See list mf. 104. On Bedins Ranch N.W. of Marathon fossils can't be had. Those listed mf. 105 are high Pennsylvanian. Among them Spirifer tex- anus, and Entelites hemiplicatus Harris ranch south 2 miles from 180 has Fusulina, Compita sub- filita, Chonetes genulifin, Spirifer cemeratus, etc. None of these fossils indicate Bend or Stanley. They are the equivalent Pennsylvanian series.
