Leonard Mt. (Leetm?) after Mdder. "A section in the Silliam Canyon, extending from the west end of Leonard Mountains north along its east side, to where it joins on the plain south of the site of the old Tersey post office" Leonard Formation 1878 feet. 61% Li., 30% cl., 6% ss., 2% calp. (1) Mostly li., and drl. with some ss. and cml. In south scarp of Leonard Mt from base upward. This measurement is over west end of mt. Fusulina, Crinoid sp., and Foraminifera 908 (2) Li. in places cmf. Some cl. and ss. The li. are highly fossiliferous. Estimated at 350 (3) Li. changing to ss. and cml. with silicified ammonite, and other fossils. Just above 3 in cl. come 3 sp. of ammonites = dangerous.
