doc0316 8/3/57 Allison Ranch, 1/2 S. of Ranch House. The trids mapped as Pw? are most likely not Wegcong. They are like beds found on the Lower House in the picture around (mile?) cast by the Wolf Camp Hills; is fine grasty sandstone of various light colors, like a brech redden, mostly light yellow + greens; about 80' of these with vitelones and shales(?). Above these are the limy silt and limy fine sandstones typical of this east Ness facies. I was unable to find the beds referred to by Pking as conglb intervals. The Pking map also shows the outcrops on a hill about one further south than it really occurs. They occur where he says, pretty badly covered Congl is present.
