Remsen, J.V. 1972 Lemmings: 5 at site 1 Predators: nothing new from me. Terry Hall found another Pomarine Jaeger nest with 2 eggs, and saw ~ 15 Snowy Owls in one scan from Village Ridge Longspurs: Feeding records from 1340-1740. Checked nests 6,8. Shorebirds: Flock of 8 Pectorals seen. Pectoral ♂ chased semipalmated. 3 Buff-breasted at site 1, i.e. of cane-eater. At site 1, there may have been a pair - one bird was smaller than the other and the larger bird was following it closely. They flew off together. Only one "H" display (arching wings forward) was observed.
