(6) 7.0 Similar to below, preceding unit but more of z silty sh. Thin (<0.1) orange wash bentonite? at base and 2.0-2 above bzsc. Brown blocky at top. (7) 1.4+ Bentonite, olive-gray, (8) 4,2 Shelly, dk gray blocky czlc in lower foot, becoming shelly lighter gray in middle 2ft which contains visible forams. (sample 1). Upper 0.1 is olive-gray bentonite. (9) 7.5 Shelly, dk gray to black czlc., change in weathered appearance begins top this interval. (10)/9.0 Shelly, gray, loc, ferruginous stain, weatheres to light gray slope with sheltered OB terrug, cones. 47
