marked on some bluish gray ls core. 17.0-13.0 - scattered fos, cones, including D. niccolotti type (Samples 2) and Gerullia subtorf. (big one). Base of this unit sharply mkd by termination of bedding, some cones, (incl. big gerulliz (Sample 3) just below it) crustacean silty & clayey siltst, gray to dk gray , blocky in upper half, becoming a shale & less silty downward. Lower slope weatherers to fine light gray fakes. Part II From top RBrone zone to grass roots, it's about 6', 1 ft above cones chiefly dk gray silty sh minor silt, then blocky clayey gray silt, festained with another band shale 4 to 5' from base Note - similarity of cone succession between here and Little Ezylo & Whitehorse sections. 42
