Locality 30 Route 63 Section - N 18° Wt, 2° N. Three noticeably different lith. units, 2 bszl bl. sh. with Festone cones, then qrzy weath. silty sh. with conc. zones, then yellow weath. sandy zone. Section begins in lower 1/2 gray zone - no continuous outcrop to black sh. Part 1. Upper part - measuring up from uppermost bzven conc. zone exposed in Ngulley head. Top uppermost conc. zone. (1) 5.5 Siltstone + vfg sandstone, dirty, dk minerals common with blobs + irreg lzyes silt. sh and sh-dk gray to black. Sh minor but considerable interstitial clay, biotite flakes, non-calcicrous. Color gray, weather light gray some brownish stain. (2) 36.0 Covered + slumped slope on ss with fos. cones. to bzse large RB weath. cones at top, up to 2.5 thick. 34
