Med to coarsa, some fine mrxed, with qtz & cht granules + some pebbles up to 1cmx. Weathered cb is soft underlies slope HL 4.5 Sandstone, chiefly fine grv with clayey seams. Weath light gray with pink + purple stain, has scattered zones of w Fe specks throuout. discont, Fall River fm T 0.8 Siltstu, dk gray to black hard bed, HL+T 8.0 Silty shale in lower 3ft grading upward to blocky shaly siltstone. Gray to dark gray, scatl crb frags irvey lam light silt chiefly in upper 5'. 27
