Measured section Measured up slope ⊥ strike, beginning at top of basal coarse ss of Turner study member. Dip 70°E 1) 16.5 Dark gray to black silty silt with thin interbeds of siltstone and very sandstone. 2) 5.5 Siltstone/fq sandstone, thinly interbedded locally fq ss beds up to 2" thick. Scattered dark blue silky is septarizy cones, flintish, white quartzite scnt. weather cream colored. No fossils seen in place, in lower 2' of interval. 3) 11.5 As in 1) above except for study layers see buttdown 3c) 2.5 To base large septriza oval cone. 3b) 3.5 Sandstone with shly protoss, then bedded. 3d) 5.5- As in 1)
