We got to P&R at 9:45, found Duzac's tent empty. Climbed Ericson Bluffs & poked around till lunch. Nobody knew where Duzac was. At 3pm PO opened & I got word message from Duce who had car trouble & was on Rt Spgs going. Shortly after he drove in. We left his car just about half hour later. Tom Ryan arrived with Duce Sanchez (USGS Asst for Rockler). We all concurred that Rocklers camp was place to go, So I drove R&Sp's thru to Rocklars USGS camp, on pine cedar bench 20' mi S Rt Sp's. Put up our tent & Duce, Neil & I slept in it - me on cot. A really great spot for this basin huge cliffs of 'Rt Sp's far on all sides. Quiet as death.
