LOCALITY 107. Outcrop of Massive unit of Fox Hills in ridge
shows upper conc. layer + local concentration
of phosphatic nodules but these less common
than to south. Draw at N.end of Locality
has excellent section of banded beds except
for lowermost 50' which can be seen in
breaks at south end of exposure. Estimate
about 200' dominantly shelly banded beds, and
no sign of Colgate-type sand.
Locality is in SE¼ of Sec. 8 NW¼NE
of sec. 17, T.37 N., R.62 W., 12nd of Henry
Wasserburger.
