Aug. 25 Beer F 90 Dinner F 1 27 Burlep E 10 2 27 Rose at 4:45 and got self & Stevenson (also Curt - I gave boys day off in trade for Saturday) on road for Stoneville by 5:30. Coffee Faith 7:30. Got back to T.L. at 8:15 after dinner at Isabel. Was pooped, did all driving - 350 miles. Geology very interesting. Aug 24 Andover Newton, were there. Got gas from (cont.) Joe Mertizius truck as no pumps working. Fritz's tap was & we had a late beer by candle light in piece of water.
