Some is cones with [illegible] Gervillizes too in this interval Silt and [illegible] fine sand irregularly interbedded and mixed with clay, Interbeds few - in basal 2,0 Clay minor const., Silt + Sand weather [illegible] light grayish gray on steep slopes to buff or light orange-brown on gentler slopes. Top irregularly thick at scattered OB with cones of dk grey ls. with [illegible] Gervillizes exclusively in some, [illegible] G's + Pezant Brittle in others (inc. small Limopses + sphenoids) Lot 2 Some have thick Silty purple-gray beds. 5 Interval from top Big G. zone to top Gervilliz cones. Considerably more clayry than above interval, weathy, grey to brownish gray. Gervilliz & G-Limopsis cones begin 1" above base + go to about 1"from top. Silty to finely sandy clay somewhat jerositic locally. At top it is loc. terminated by about 6" of crvde beds snd + sandy shale at 44. A405 Lot #5 A404 (5) 7.0+ (4) 10.5
