bru + blue staining these are 1:5 to 2 from b2se, remainder of interval chiefly grey "paper shale" 9 12.8 Banded beds again, this series with grey silty shale + shely silt commonly with abund. plant frags loc, liq, petlings, and yellow to orange worth fq sznd. B2se1 4.5 chiefly 2 grey silty shale some O.B Fasting) bands. Above this more obviously banded - but more faint banding then in lower banded beds. 10 4,5 Sandstone, fine to v fq, massive to crudely x bedded (?). Weathers buff. 11 2.0 Banded zone, sznd with petlings and thin interbedds grey shale, fine plant frags common. 12 2.0 Sandstone as in 10 above but with orange stained small Fe concs scattered in it. 13 2.2 Banded as in 11 Some orange Fe platy concs in sandy layers 62
