Locality 75 - Revisited to collect from "Mizme Hell Creek"
Fossil bed is current accumulation; no valves together, much crushing indicated. Calcite beneath the lignitic shale has been large cones.
Fossils are in shale about same position relative to base of Hell Creek as is the Breiten member in No. Oak. The accumulation is one more common to "Calcite" in surrounding area. Note that calcite here is somewhat atypical in being bedded + brown weathering, though similar aspect seen locally at N Iron Lightning bedlznds where brown-bedded calcite grades laterally within 100 feet to typical massive, fluted light gray stuff. Angle of face may have much to do with this.
