Locality 85, 85A. Small outcrops on shoulders of spurs E and W of main gulley draining SW1/4, sec. 24, T. 20 N, R. 25 E., Little Eagle NW quad, Carson Co., So. Dzh. #85 in center W1/2, SW1/4, sec 24. and #85A is center E1/2, SW1/4, Sec. 24. Protoczdria and Gervillie-Limopsis can be found approximately in place on spurs. Bzrrcn layer above Protoczdia about 10-15' (approx). Above this Timber Lake comes in gradually - basis of soil getting sandier. No trace of Abyssicus layer, but dark A.B. zone in sand indicates gleucanite zone at approx same level as at locality 30. Collected from Protoczdia only. Locality 86, small exposures in lower bluffs either side of draw, due north of Mortensons Reach, draining S along E side NE1/4, sec. 33, T20 N, R. 26 E., Little Eagle NW quad, Carson Co., So. Dzh. One small D.nic. conc. in place and some Limopsis-Big G and Gervillia. All exposures are in small slump blocks on Elk Butteshale.
