(4) 12.0 Sand chiefly vfq, clayey + silty in lower half, becoming sand with few clay blobs above. Weathered yellowish gray (first T.l. color in this part section) At top drier scattered distinctive concs which weather yellowish grey on outside, wuggy red + purple red inside. (5) 20.0 Sand vfq (some at top) to fq subgraywacke some clay interstitial + blobs. Weathered yellow gray, some OB weather in coarser upper 2.0 which contains large red brown weather. Is cones, some in salt jackets. These chiefly barren but a number contain large Sphenodiscus. Laterally to N. small scatt. highly toss. cones come in in the upper 3 feet
