Upper 5', cross-laminated,
some tabular lzyors grey shale
impregn. by Fe , no Helymonites,
One lime cemented conc of
Ostreza pellucida, Pteriz linguiformis,
Tellina sp., Pteriz nebraskensis, and
plant fragments about 1 foot from
top. At top considerable O-B woth
conc. chips. A sherp contact.

gray shale and thin beds of siltstone
and fine to med.grained sandstone
Lower 4.0 is chiefly shale with
few thin beds sandstone as in
(1) below-1c. contains glauconite
