20' - White Bed. (Sampled) Porcellana very fine grained Dead white clayey substance. massive on fresh surface. Weathered surface shows cracking. Persistent in Linton area. Overlain by hard grey sandstone. N. of Linton, Pieced section shows cuff (greensand) now sand coming in over White bed. Also grey even bedded soft sands with local cockino. No marine fossils, no typical FH cones. Shells of cockino show reworking, This part of section resembles upper handled F.H.
