At top, local LS cones some with cone-in-cone just under bentonite streak 37.6 To top lzycr lzycr sept. ls cones. (smell scaphite in it.) The red platy cone masses. Czl csepts begin to come in about 20 feet above base, shale changes to more blocky, less fissile very gradually upward in this interval. Section begins just N of Mule Creek cut-off on Ardmore bentonite at base of bluff. 5
