Sandy silt and silty sand, mottled dk and
light gray with fossil fragments.

Sand with interbeds shale, yellow with
limonitic impregnation [dk brn called
"lignitic" could be limonitic stain + impreg.] Thin
shaly limonitic (?) beds with concretions
at 4.4 end at top, later with gray sand
jackets "ironstone" centers.

Sand, mottled tan-gray and yellow-orange
in lower 10.0, chiefly tan above. Massive.
Layer thin concrs at 9.6, limonitic layer
15.2, and at top a zone of large
"ironstone" concrs up to 4.0 -rarely with
ammonites
