Grading upward and interbedded with, edges of buff sand slabby in places x bedded. within banded beds. one ammonite frag. & several pelecypods (protocardia?) found. Much plant fros (2) Upward towards to buff sand edges slabby & massive containing half meters from 1' to 2' in thickness. Interbedded with maroon silty clay.
