from American Museum Glaciers
the Coast Trends south west
five and with a gentle curve
ends off into Dalbot Inlet
running about west. At the
constricted part of the inlet
it turns north of west, the
end of the inlet could not
be seen either yesterday or
today. Should judge it at
least 25 miles in length. It
is by far the most picturesque
part I have seen on this
Coast or, in fact, on the world.
About half way from Paris
Bluff Glaciers and the Point
that one mile from land then
is an island, low, fifty feet
above water I should say.
Extending north and northeast
there are two lines of ledges
which are evidently exposed
at low tide
