Arrived here yesterday
on my return from Tinlay
Land (Thing Christian Island)
to Etale, North Greenland.
Shall leave here tomorrow
for Ludwig. From there I
shall proceed to North Cornwall
where I hope to find much
open enough to enable me
to map coast as far
as Gordon Head.
Expect to arrive Cape
South West about May 4th
and Etale, June 1st.
Thus far we have killed
13 bears, 13 seals, 16 hare, 2
ptarmigan, and 30 musk-
oxen. I have three days
fennican on our sledges.
I have with me three
Arhinus, Vucar-jing-wals,
Aubilio, and Erhah-al-shue,
