get something here. Everday saw tracks of mules - open all along there twelve years ago and tricked a few caribou, 2 believe. Also Ford also [illegible] has driven up the coast in search of game. 10-30 P.M. What luck! Two mules- open! Coming down the coast in a cloud of steam, righth under the blazing sun now in the world-web- we saw his team and heard [illegible] who had gone to meet him, yet "He has tricked two mules-open!" Ranging and elevating we greeted him into-airp. as if he were a general returning from foreign conquests! Our dogs are fed, and the cabinies are taking new- loads and crashing poles for the marrows.
