"Course errors We record for a valley with the vain crope of finding much prey. As we swung down the shore following the tidal track we discovered the fresh tracks of a bear, feet trunched indicating a full gallop. It was our year of yesterday "making tracks" for the earth. The dogs got the scent and took off merrily along at a rapid rate through a breaking crust. At Six Feet Point there were tracks of much prey, bear and caribou of the shore about a mile away we could make out through the splashes three bare staving had nothing for breakfast but, a cup of tea and a few biscuits we were meat hungry. Following the shore we even made out four more bears in a hillside meaning was and Albert's bagged one and a Starmigan as well & took all clues getting one there also. Proceeding on about five
