around in a circle to
get back my compass
did found that we were
headed true South west!
Again we started .. In
about a half hour we
crossed our own trail.
The had turned completely
around to the right. I
told Aurelio we were
simply tiring our dogs
and getting nowhere so
we would wait for it
to clear up. Within a
few minutes we were
all asleep on our sledges.
When I awoke the land
was in sight - a long
stretch of coast line, low
rounded, rocky shelves
extending to the north east.
No islands were in sight.
Thus for I believe this
was agrees roughly with
what I could see.
