Littlton Island about May 28. Newcapine left us on ice foot on big Island on western side. Left steers 2nd sleep moved tents & core furths & got out of wind. shot two robins. Came this one robin & one nowye; 3rd sleep tame place. Shot other cider ducks at are shot, in air, two are goods for specimens. Took skyl & top of hills. Found Sipsus coke wild eggs & ducks. Set trap for gull. Saw one sand piper, lots of cider ducks, old squaws & sea pigeons. Snow everywher yet & hard work to travel into it. There is ice between the two islands
