within the area of research to the 8th, thus spacing out nests to a certain extent.
3 July
first obvious signs of 88 flushes within the gridded area today. 88 still affordably seen
alighting 88 but most 88 are now spending their time feeding. few birds calling marsh
call overhead.

found empty nests - chicks have begun to hatch

more empty nests, also found one with one chick (hatchling), other eggs popped. While scanning
found 2 chicks in area where 38th were behaving as if flying over or of chicks. Will the 88 be using these
chicks together?
