1400 - beginning to census baird city - which P. Connors found this a.m. Much activity
now but according to Connors not as intense as morning. Immediately upon arrival we found
a trio chasing, calling their warbled note then landing on separate cleared mounds
and wing flicking - when the wing toward the other bird is held extended upright (in
fact more than upright - slightly bent over towards otherside
