May 22. Patnegera Lake. - Few have been seen since we arrived here, usually flying in pairs, occasionally singly. Perhaps 12-16 all told.
May 23. Two pairs seen - separately - on E side of river + 1 mile upstream.
May 26. One single bird flew by me in delta of rice. Later saw 4 geese presumably two species flying over the delta.
