Make 1959 Journal July 4 - up Willow Creek via LT#8, Par#1, LT#1, across ridge to Pom #2, down stream to LT#9, one, to Barbal Slough + checked pain #11 + on in its box. Went across river + weighed Paraset #3. After supper walked to ocean checked LT#6, just hatching, weighed Paraset #2 + LT#5 & back to Tent. Day cool + windy but sun was out most of time July 5 Pitmegea River, Alaska. A cold day wind gusty from NW + WW. partly cloudy. Topped off by a good snow flurry at 11 PM or so. Made one round today. Visited LT#4, 8, Paraset #1, Longtail #1. Continued along Willow Creek past Wolverine Mt. Located chick + pain (LT#17) - + further on a second pain - located one of their chicks (#18) weighed same. Returned via Pom #2 + checked LT#11 on the way in. July 6 Pitmegea River, Alaska. Made round of Paraset #3, Longtail #5, Lomarine #1, Paraset #2, + Longtail #6. Wind blowing from SW.
