Fls. white, throat light yellow, petals shallowly emarginate, buds nodding, cedar glade, thin soil over limestone, south of the Salt River, 6 miles east of Shepherdsville, Ridge Road, 2 miles north of state route 480, Bullet County, Kentucky. April 1, 1962. paired stamens with anthers at stigma level, dehiscence introrse, anthers in contact with stigma when flower is dried. No evidence of young silique being tomulose.
