Alabama - 1961 6/22 beans. hybrids Ala. I x Ala. II, flds filled w/ cultivated field (black eyed peas) general coll. near Harrin Creek, 2 miles of fls + photo south of Mc Rendir, Morgan Co + sket April '6 - only a relatively few hybrids seen - 3 yellow/6. plants seen 6/22a beans. Ala. I, flds filled white fls - predominate in one corner of field, most plants seem uncontaminated 6/22b. beans. Ala. E flds filled white fl. - 3 yellows seen but one seemed to be a hybrid - it was collected. Some plants had shorter styles and longer fleshy fruits than usual. 6/23 beans, viniflora fls. white, plants branching, as 6/22 (1)
