Pt Barrow, Alaska June 26 Red Phalarope stomach, $ ±20 snail shells intact mes saved remainder in grass root fragments - ? picked up with snails ? $ 23 red tritae (saved) ; ±75 Chironomid larvae (red) ; 1 elytron & Dytriscid. ♀ mostly ground up + student, friable ; 1 elytron & Canabid present ; remain as suggested ? Trich larvae. ♀ ground to bits ; snail shell fragment evident - apparent remains of Trichoptera larvae in form of fragmented head + legs ♀ remains of Trichoptera larvae ±20 ; 2 adult Dytriscids probably 20 chironomid larvae, + badly ground up contents looks like remains, if mostly Trichoptera ; a few snail shell fragments evident. ♀ ground up ; fragments of snail shells + Trichoptera larvae present + seems to constitute bulk . ♀ snail shell fragments of probably ±10 shells ; chironomid larvae ±20 ; Trichoptera ±10 ♀ almost empty. ♀ ±30 Chironomid larvae (red) ; 11 Trichoptera larvae a few grass seeds (sp.?). (Fuzula sp.) ♀ essentially as least entry, but no seeds evident. June 27 ♀ 10 [illegible] dipten larvae (Tipulidae ) ; ±50 chironomid larvae (red) ; 15 Trichoptera larvae ; 1st unknown dipter listed saved for identification.
